Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address, language preference), the content you upload for processing (aerial imagery, field boundaries, and related metadata such as GPS coordinates and capture dates), and technical data needed to run the service (log entries, browser type).

How we use your data

Your data is used to provide the service: processing your imagery, generating analysis results, managing your credit balance, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your data. Uploaded imagery is used for machine-learning training only if you explicitly grant it through the training data program.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the transaction references needed for billing history.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers in the European Union and the United States. We keep your account data and uploads for as long as your account is active; when you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@plantcybersynthesis.com.
